TERMS USED IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Consumer — a natural or legal person who expresses a wish to purchase, purchases or might purchase, or use goods or a service for a purpose, which is not related to his or her economic or professional activity;
Buyer — the person who makes the purchase of goods in the Seller’s Internet store. The Buyer can be both the Consumer and the non-Consumer;
Goods — any item offered or sold to a Consumer through this website;
Legislation — Cabinet Regulation No 255, 20 of May, 2014 “Provisions on the distance contract”, Consumer Rights Protection Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law and other related legal acts;
Terms of use — instructions of the service provider through compliance with which goods or services retain their operational (utilization) characteristics and adequate quality, and do not pose a threat to the property, health and life of the Consumer and the environment;
Prices — The final price of the item indicated on the Internet site, including taxes (VAT 21%) and fees, on which the Seller sells goods through this website. The price does not include the cost of delivery of the item;

General Terms and Conditions — these Terms (the General Terms and Conditions of the website).
1. General terms
1.1. These Terms determine the legal relationship between Buyer and Seller.
1.2. Before proceeding with the use of the Internet site, please carefully read these Terms of Use.
1.3. When using the Internet site, the user agrees to comply with these Terms.
1.4. Seller may partly or completely delete, modify, update the information on the Internet site without prior notice.
1.5. As we work with natural stones, the size and color of beads may vary slightly. The pictures and description of the goods might be different from the product offered.
2. Payment
2.1. We accept non-cash transfers with Visa and MasterCard payment cards.
2.2. As soon as the order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
2.3. In collaboration with Inbank, we offer – payment method Split in parts!
Purchase everything you need right away and divide the total amount into 3 equal payments – with no interest, contract fees, or down payment.

3. Delivery
3.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times should be calculated from the date of dispatch.
3.2. See below for the list of countries we ship to and the delivery times and costs.
3.3. All orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia.
3.4. Delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. The cost of delivery is 5€. We offer free delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on orders over 50€.
3.5. We also deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days after dispatch and costs 10€. Express delivery takes 2-3 days after dispatch and costs 20€. We also offer free delivery to pick-up points on orders over 100€.
3.6. If the recipient cannot be contacted and is not at home, the order is returned to the Seller and re-delivered to the indicated address at another time (additional payment for the delivery will be required).
3.7. The orders you make outside our working hours will be processed the next working day.
3.8. If you are interested in delivery outside our delivery area, please contact us directly atelier@pasdemarque.com.
3.9. Delivery to all addresses in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is free on orders over 50€.
4. Returns
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You can change your mind and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, please let us know via our online withdrawal form.
Once you notify us, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 2-3 working days. We will use the same delivery method you chose for your original order (parcel machine or courier).
Refunds and Fees
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition.
Once we receive and check your return, we will issue your refund. Please note that a fixed Return Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping:
€5.00 for returns from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
€10.00 for returns from the rest of the European Union (EU).
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
5. Consumer responsibility
5.1. The Consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the good or using it contrary to good faith, if the product was used during the exercise of the right of withdrawal beyond the limits required for the identification and verification of its characteristics and type.
5.2. The Consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
6. Dispute resolution
Any dispute between the Parties arising out of the terms shall be settled in plaintiff’s discretion in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
