The idea of pas de marque loyalty status was born from this feeling: a wish to say thank you to those who continue choosing the brand over time. Not as a points system. Not as a seasonal promotion. But as a quiet form of recognition – personal, elegant and connected to your pas de marque account.
Pearl, Silver and Gold
pas de marque loyalty status has three levels:
Pearl
5% discount
Silver
10% discount
Gold
15% discount
Online, your loyalty discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart. If another special offer is available at the same time, the system will automatically apply whichever option gives you the better price.
When shopping in the pas de marque studio, please mention your loyalty status before payment so our team can apply the discount.
Pearl, Silver and Gold discounts apply to all full-price items.
How the status works
Your status is based on the total value of your pas de marque purchases during the calendar year. Both online and studio purchases count toward your status, as long as they are connected to the same pas de marque account.
How to receive a status
At the beginning of each year, all purchases made during the previous calendar year are reviewed. Your status is based on the highest threshold reached during the calendar year:
From 300 €
Pearl status · 5% discount
From 600 €
Silver status · 10% discount
From 1200 €
Gold status · 15% discount
Once confirmed, your status remains active throughout the following calendar year.
If you already have a status
If Pearl status, Silver status or Gold status is already visible in your shopping cart, it remains active until the end of the current year. To keep your current status or move to a higher level for the following year, make sure all online and studio purchases are connected to the same pas de marque account. They will be included in the yearly review.
If you do not have a status yet
Every purchase made during the current calendar year counts toward your status for the following year. Once your yearly purchase amount reaches 300 €, you qualify for Pearl status. Higher yearly purchase amounts qualify you for Silver status or Gold status.
Where to check your status
Sign in to your pas de marque account to see your online and studio purchase history. Your active loyalty status is visible in the shopping cart.
