Shipping policy

Delivery

1. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times should be calculated from the date of dispatch.

2. See below for the list of countries we ship to and the delivery times and costs.

3. All orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia.

4. Delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. The cost of delivery is 5€. We offer free delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on orders over 50€.

5. We also deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days after dispatch and costs 10€. Express delivery takes 2-3 days after dispatch and costs 20€. We also offer free delivery to pick-up points on orders over 100€.

6. If the recipient cannot be contacted and is not at home, the order is returned to the Seller and re-delivered to the indicated address at another time (additional payment for the delivery will be required).

7. The orders you make outside our working hours will be processed the next working day.

9. Delivery to all addresses in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is free on orders over 50€.
