TERMS USED IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Consumer — a natural or legal person who expresses a wish to purchase, purchases or might purchase, or use goods or a service for a purpose, which is not related to his or her economic or professional activity;
Buyer — the person who makes the purchase of goods in the Seller’s Internet store. The Buyer can be both the Consumer and the non-Consumer;
Goods — any item offered or sold to a Consumer through this website;
Legislation — Cabinet Regulation No 255, 20 of May, 2014 “Provisions on the distance contract”, Consumer Rights Protection Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law and other related legal acts;
Prices — The final price of the item indicated on the Internet site, including taxes (VAT 21%) and fees, on which the Seller sells goods through this website. The price does not include the cost of delivery of the item;

Parties — Seller and Buyer;
General Terms and Conditions — these Terms (the General Terms and Conditions of the website).
1. General terms
1.1. These Terms determine the legal relationship between Buyer and Seller.
1.3. When using the Internet site, the user agrees to comply with these Terms.
1.4. Seller may partly or completely delete, modify, update the information on the Internet site without prior notice.
1.5. As we work with natural stones, the size and color of beads may vary slightly. The pictures and description of the goods might be different from the product offered.
2.1. We accept non-cash transfers with Visa and MasterCard payment cards.
3.1. If the goods ordered are available at once, we dispatch within 1-2 working days. Delivery times should be calculated from the date of dispatch.
3.2. See below for the list of countries we ship to and the delivery times and costs.
3.3. All orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia.
3.4. For delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we use DPD courier service and DPD pick-up stations. The delivery usually takes up to 5 working days after dispatch. The cost of delivery is 5€. We offer free delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on orders over 50€.
3.5. We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland via DPD courier service or DPD pick-up stations. The delivery takes 3-9 working days after dispatch depending on the area. The cost of delivery is 15€.
3.6. EMS courier delivery to Russian Federation may take up to 30 working days after dispatch. The cost of delivery is 20€.
3.7. EMS courier delivery to Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United States of America may take up to 9 working days after dispatch. The cost of delivery is 20€.
3.8. If the recipient cannot be contacted and is not at home, the order is returned to the Seller and re-delivered to the indicated address at another time (additional payment for the delivery will be required).
3.9. The orders you make outside our working hours will be processed the next working day.
3.10. If you are interested in delivery outside our delivery area, please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.11. Delivery to all addresses in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is free on orders over 50€.
4.1. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return.
4.2. Please note: delivery costs are non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the Consumer.
4.3. To return your order, first please contact us via e-mail email@example.com.
4.4. In the e-mail, please indicate the order number, the name of the product you would like to return and the reason for return. We will get back to you with further instructions.
4.5. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.
4.6. The Cancellation Notice may be used by the Consumer to use the Seller’s refusal form or any other express or implied notice of refusal in which the Consumer shall necessarily indicate:
Addressee (Seller’s name, actual address, telephone number, email address)
I declare that I wish to forfeit the purchase of such item
Order date / date of receipt
Consumer name and surname
Consumer signature (only if this form is sent on paper)
5. Consumer responsibility
5.1. The Consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the good or using it contrary to good faith, if the product was used during the exercise of the right of withdrawal beyond the limits required for the identification and verification of its characteristics and type.
5.2. The Consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
6. Dispute resolution
Any dispute between the Parties arising out of the terms shall be settled in plaintiff’s discretion in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
